Planning a whole party with one company
Who can plan an entire birthday party in Baton Rouge?
It’s My Party Pro plans parties in Baton Rouge. Customers build the party online — attractions, food and treats, tables and setup, and entertainment — and one coordinator is the point of contact. Can I book a bounce house, cake, tables and entertainment in one place?
Yes. It’s My Party Pro combines bounce houses and other attractions, cakes and desserts, tables and chairs, and entertainment such as face painting or a DJ in one party plan with one coordinator. Availability depends on your date and is confirmed in the builder and by your coordinator.
Do I need to call several different vendors?
No. The model is one website, one party plan and one coordinator. It’s My Party Pro owns the customer relationship; when a local partner fulfills part of the party, the coordinator handles that behind the scenes.
Is every service available on every date?
No. Availability depends on your date, location and the inventory or partner that fulfills each service. The party builder and your coordinator confirm what is available for your event before it is finalized.

Each package is a ready-made starting point. Party Starter covers one primary attraction; Party Pro adds a concession, tables and chairs and decorations; Ultimate Party adds multiple attractions, a cake or dessert table, entertainment, a party host and cleanup. Any package can be customized with add-ons.
What is included in the Party Starter package?
Party Starter starts at $449 and is designed for up to 20 guests. It includes one primary attraction of your choice; delivery, setup and takedown; a 4-hour rental window; and a safety check with an on-call coordinator.
What is included in the Party Pro package?
Party Pro starts at $799 and is designed for 20–40 guests. It includes everything in Party Starter, plus one concession machine with supplies, tables and chairs for your guest count, a themed decoration kit and a 6-hour rental window.
What is included in the Ultimate Party package?
Ultimate Party starts at $1,450 and is designed for 40 or more guests. It includes everything in Party Pro, plus two or more attractions, two concessions plus a cake or dessert table, entertainment (a face painter, balloon artist or character), an on-site party host with full setup coordination, and cleanup after the event.

Can I add or remove services from a package?
Yes. Packages are starting points. In the builder you can add attractions, concessions, cakes, setup items and entertainment. At checkout you can also accept or decline suggested add-ons, including smaller alternatives. Your coordinator can help adjust the rest.
How much is due to reserve a party?

Bounce houses, water slides and attractions
Can you provide bounce houses and water slides?
Yes. Bounce houses and water slides are available in the Baton Rouge territory, along with pony rides and games. They can be added on their own or inside a package. Your coordinator and the fulfilling partner confirm space, surface, power and weather requirements before setup.
Food, cake, concessions and desserts
Can you arrange cake, snowballs, popcorn or cotton candy?
Yes. The food and treats catalog includes snowballs, popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream, cakes and desserts, and party food. If a full option doesn’t fit your budget, the checkout suggests smaller alternatives — for example, a lower-cost popcorn package or a machine-only rental.
Tables, chairs, tents, generators and setup
Can you handle tables and chairs too?
Yes. Tables and chairs are available as add-ons and are included for your guest count in the Party Pro and Ultimate Party packages. Tents, generators and decorations are also part of the setup catalog.
Entertainment
Can you arrange face painting, balloon artists, characters or a DJ?
Yes. Entertainment options include face painting, balloon artists, characters and mascots, DJs and music, photography and party hosts. Ultimate Party includes one entertainment option; any package can add entertainment in the builder, subject to date availability.
School events
Can you plan a school field day or fall festival?

Weather and rain plans
What happens if it rains on party day?
Louisiana weather is part of the plan. About three days before the event, It’s My Party Pro sends a weather update with rain-date options and covered alternatives. Specific decisions about outdoor attractions depend on conditions and the fulfilling partner’s requirements, so your coordinator confirms the plan with you.
Help Pay for the Party
Can grandparents or relatives help pay for the party?
Help Pay for the Party is a planned feature and is not active yet: online booking and payments are temporarily unavailable, so no contributions can be made or recorded right now.
Can grandparents give a specific party upgrade as a gift?
Yes. The For Grandparents page highlights gifts such as pony rides, a snowball trailer, a custom cake, a bounce house, a character visit or photography — or covering the entire party. Help Pay for the Party is planned but not active yet.
How the party builder works
How does the party builder work?
Choose what you’re planning, then enter your event date, ZIP code, guest count, budget range, location type and any theme — plus the child’s age for a birthday. The builder recommends packages and add-ons. You then see an estimated total. Online booking and payments are temporarily unavailable, so no booking, deposit or confirmation happens on the site.
